PURCHASE RULES

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The online store available at the Internet address Entelier.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store” or “Shop”, is run by Entelier Małgorzata Wojciechowska, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” (business address: ul. Sosnowa 36, ​​05-080 Hornówek), NIP 93 711 07 665, REGON 147245791.

1.2. The Online Store sells goods via the Entelier.com website

  1. RULES OF USING THE STORE AND CONCLUSION OF THE SALES AGREEMENT

2.1. The order is placed by the buyer in electronic form by completing the order form on the Entelier.com website

2.2. The order is accepted for execution at the moment of confirmation of the order by the Seller. The order is considered confirmed when the payment is made and the money is credited to the Seller’s account. The customer receives confirmation of the order in the confirmation email.

2.3. The deadline for shipping the order is counted in working days and is counted from the day the payment is credited to the bank account or settlement account of the Store, in the case of card payments and electronic payments.

2.4. Information about the availability of goods is displayed next to each product. In the event that the product is unavailable after placing the order, the Seller will notify the customer. In the case referred to in the preceding sentence, the Seller and the customer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of becoming aware of the unavailability of the product.

2.5. The information provided by the buyer when placing an order should be truthful, current and accurate.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES AGREEMENT

 

3.1. The buyer – consumer who has concluded a sales contract with the Online Store may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting a relevant statement in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. The statement should be sent to the Store’s e-mail address.

 

3.2. The statement of withdrawal should include, in particular, the order number, the date of its submission, the date of receipt of the goods, and an indication of the form of return of the paid price. The model withdrawal form is an Annex to these Regulations.

 

 

  1. METHODS OF PAYMENT, PRICES

 

4.1. The prices of products in the Store are given in Polish zlotys or Euros and include VAT. The prices do not include the amount of customs duty if the delivery address of the order is specified outside the borders of the Republic of Poland.

 

4.2. The buyer can choose the following payment methods:

 

  1. a) transfer to the account (indicated on the Online Store website in the Payment and delivery section)
  2. b) credit card (PayPal)
  3. c) e-transfer (Przelewy24)
  4. d) cash on delivery.

 

4.3. The date of delivery of the goods to the customer is counted from the date of crediting the bank account or settlement account of the Store, with the full amount for the ordered goods plus shipping costs.

 

4.4. The waiting time for the payment is 5 business days, after this date the order is canceled in the absence of payment.

 

  1. TERMS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS

 

5.1. The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer by courier.

 

5.2. The buyer should pay due attention to the condition of the shipment upon receipt, in particular whether the shipment has not been damaged or destroyed.

 

5.4. Current shipping prices are listed on the entelier.com store website in the Payment and delivery section.

 

  1. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

 

6.1. Before sending the goods, the buyer should contact the Online Store to determine the date of sending the goods.

 

6.2. The goods under complaint should be sent to the address Entelier Małgorzata Wojciechowska, ul. Sosnowa 36, ​​05-080 Hornówek.

 

6.3. The goods subject to the complaint should be accompanied by a receipt/invoice and a description of the damage together with the situation when (in what situation) the defect occurs.

 

6.4. The Online Store will inform the buyer about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint as soon as possible, no longer than within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint package.

 

6.5. The goods under complaint are returned to the buyer within 14 days from the date of consideration of the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the cost of delivery is covered by the Online Store.

 

  1. RIGHT TO RETURN OR REPLACE A PRODUCT

7.1. The customer has the option of returning the goods or replacing the goods with other goods available in the Online Store within 14 days from the date of receipt by purchasing the goods, without application. For that end behavior that is available before its straight line. The statement may be sent to the Store’s e-mail address.

7.2 Return by sending the goods to the address of the Store.

7.3. The exchange may be caused by other goods in the online store. In the event of a change in the price in relation to the exchange, and the one for which the exchange took place, the customer will be obliged to pay or the Seller to return it. Goods exchanged at that time should be in the same state, unless a change was necessary at that time. The customer is asked to send the goods to the following address: ul. Sosnowa 36, ​​05-080 Hornówek.

7.4. The Seller undertakes to replace the goods no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the exchange of goods by the Online Store.

 

  1. ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE

8.1. The Seller provides the following electronic services to customers:

  1. a) enabling online conclusion of contracts for the sale of goods from the Store in accordance with these Regulations
  2. b) enabling the creation of customer accounts in the Store,
  3. c) sending the ordered commercial information regarding the goods.

8.2. The technical requirements necessary to use the services of the Online Store are as follows:

  1. a) access to the Internet,
  2. b) using a web browser such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari,
  3. c) having e-mail.

8.3. The Customer is obliged to use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the law and morality, bearing in mind respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  1. a) uploading, posting, sending by e-mail, transmitting or otherwise making available content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, unauthorized, defamatory, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, inciting hatred on racial, ethnic or other grounds;
  2. b) sending, posting, sending by e-mail, sending or otherwise making available content that may violate the law or the rights of others (including intellectual property rights and the right to protect personal data);
  3. c) uploading, posting, sending by e-mail or otherwise making available any software, files or codes that may interfere with the operation of the Store or cause destruction of computer software, hardware, networks or ICT devices;
  4. d) violate any local, national or international law.
  5. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9.1. Buyer – a natural person at the time of placing the order agrees to the processing of his personal data by the Online Store, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on the provision of electronic services.

9.2. The personal data provided are processed by the Online Store only for the proper performance of the sales contract.

 

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. The Regulations come into force on October 1, 2017.

10.2 In matters not covered by the above Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other legal acts applicable to the operation and functioning of the Store shall apply.

10.3. The store and in particular its name, concept, graphic design, database, trademarks are the property of Entelier Małgorzata Wojciechowska.
