Returns
Products purchased in the Entelier.com online store may be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Goods exchanged or returned should be unused.
Goods for exchange/return should be sent together with the purchase receipt to the address Entelier Małgorzata Wojciechowska ul. Sosnowa 36, 05-080 Hornowek. There is no need to fill out the return form, just send an email to entelier@entelier.com with information about your wish to return the goods.
We return the money to the account provided by you within 2-3 days after receiving the goods.
